Add Keplr validator

Keplr is the largest wallet in the Cosmos ecosystem, serving over 2 million users. We support both EVM and non-EVM chains, including Celestia, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Starknet. Beyond wallet services, Keplr maintains RPC infrastructure for 45 Cosmos-based chains and has been a validator for 17 chains over the past three years, consistently ranking among the top 10 Cosmos validators by stake size.Our robust infrastructure spans over 100 servers across five cloud and bare-metal providers, ensuring high stability and performance.
